You messed up

I called previously and gave payment over the phone and now Ive received a bill I need to speak with someone to clear this up. Your phone number is ridiculous you cant call you without telling me what it is youre calling about and giving an email address that isnt already on file. Apparently if you have an email already on file you cant call anybody. Do I have to have a bazillion emails to contact you every time I need it

Cant get anybody to talk to. CR computer ask for the box number. How the *** should I know it if I don't even know who the person is that wont answer the phone.

I received a letter from CR advertising $16 gift memberships but lost it and have called CR multiple time waiting as long as 30 minutes without a response. I have emailed CR telling them what I wanted to buy and they told me to call them on the phone. Nothing seems to work??

Can't read what you print because of tiny fonts on colored backgrounds.

Many of your fonts are too small and when they are on a green or grey background they are extremely hard to see. WHY do you do this? I receive other publications and they are all easy to read. They do not use tiny fonts and they use a white background. If you do not change your "art" look and instead produce a readable print edition I will not renew when my subscription ends.

i started to renew online website kept changing my ID wouldn't accept anything else when i went into chatroom they told me how to sign in so that I could renew didn't work. When I called first phone number was out of service second number answered then played me bad music instead of helping me. your website sucks your magazine is beginning to suck you never review anything I need to buy my general conclusion is I have wasted money on my membership so good bye

I received an offer for $20 for 1 year. I sent in $20 check( which was cashed) & now received a bill for another $20. I never agreed to $40.

Also there is no phone # on bill. My internet is horrible & it took me over an hour to pull it up. Please put your # on all invoices. I will not pay another $20 but will contact better business. I copied the introductory order for $20 not $40.
