I've been getting billed monthly for a Consumer Reports subscription even though they show on their own website that I have no subscription on file.The password on the account, which was e-mailed to me, is a bogus, random collection of letters and numbers.

In a call to their customer service center (good luck in trying to uncover a contact number on line), the representative claimed to be looking at an active subscription on her screen while my screen showed that I had no subscription on file.

They refused to refund the money they have taken.Do not buy this service.
